Kristy Speciale has done just that by working on her doctorate in business administration with a specialization in leadership. With a BSBA in Hospitality Management and an MBA in Homeland Security Resource Allocation, her education has provided her with a steady and diverse background in business knowledge. Additionally, Kristy has had experience in leadership with roles in retail management, as well as hotel, IT, and restaurant supervisory positions. With a background in sports, leadership roles have been par for the course since childhood for Mrs. Speciale.

The addition of a DBA in leadership serves to provide the future Dr. Speciale with the skills necessary to research the topic in new and exciting ways. However, although her education has impacted her knowledge on the subject greatly, a combination of experience and taking in new information has been just as effective. Kristy believes that helping other leaders to improve will ultimately improve the overall workforce, thus resulting in greater job satisfaction and employee retention.
